Director of Marketing

Bridgette Klein serves as Willory’s director of marketing. She’s been a part of the Willory team since September 2014 and is focused on the strategic marketing efforts of Willory while overseeing the day-to-day marketing efforts, brand reputation, and customer advocacy. Prior to Willory, she worked in communications for a regionally renowned art museum, handling their social media, a quarterly publication, and media relations.

She graduated cum laude from Hiram College with a double major in studio art and communications. While at Hiram College Bridgette was an editor of the student-run newspaper, president of the Rotaract Club of Hiram College, held several positions within Phi Beta Gamma, and graduated with departmental honors in communication. Her college internships included Hiram College’s James H. Barrow Field station and for a Nashville-based advertising and marketing firm. She is currently wrapping up her master’s degree in public relations at Kent State University. Her research has focused on how digital media can impact organizational relationships. Bridgette is currently active in the Cleveland chapter of the American Marketing Association, serving on the Culture & Community committee. In September 2016, she earned her Hubspot Inbound Certification.

As a child she moved around a lot, having lived in Dallas, Houston, Savannah, Cincinnati, Columbus, and has spent significant time in Buffalo and Nashville. She’s proud to call Northeast Ohio home for over a decade, the longest she’s ever lived in one area. Her goals for 2020 include finally having an organized house, playing more board games with her husband and daughter, and maybe, just maybe, running a half marathon (or, more likely, a 10k).
