Position Summary

The primary objective of the role is to prospect, generate, and sell benefits/group insurance. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of HR/benefit sales experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Diligently work the sales funnel and acquire new clients
  • Leverage a variety of outbound prospecting techniques
  • Design programs and recommendations for clients
  • Create proposals
  • Work with clients to ensure needs are met
  • Cross-sell to current clients
  • Identify and follow through on training needs

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR/benefits sales
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team
  • B2B sales experience
