Position Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will support the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategy and lead the delivery of relevant processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of the performance management processes
  • Fully understand the incentive structure
  • Performs research and analysis to support Compensation and Benefit projects
  • Participates in wage, salary and benefit surveys
  • Prepare and preform financial costs analyses
  • Oversee the annual benchmarking process with the HR business managers
  • Evaluate positions using established systems
  • Assist in annual open enrollment
  • Assist in the administration of the annual performance management process

Requirements

  • 7+ years of benefits strategy experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Working knowledge of benefits regulations such as HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, ACA and benefits-related DOL and IRS regulations
  • Degree in relevant field
