Position Summary

This position is responsible for the effective management of the company’s corporate salary management, short- and long-term incentive programs, job evaluations, and executive programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities of the compensation department, including, but not limited to development of staff, administration of compensation policies and guidelines
  • Manage the market pricing activities by establishing standards and reviewing work of compensation analysts, including matching the internal positions to external data 
  • Participate in various compensation-related projects which involve revision, development and/or re-design of existing compensation programs 
  • Ensure the administration of various compensation programs are in compliance with established guidelines, processes and procedures, including incentive compensation
  • Oversee the participation in compensation surveys or special compensation studies for purposes of maintaining the company’s competitive position with the market. 
  • Lead and manage compensation projects; models cost and employee impact analysis and drives implementation of changes 
  • Collaborates with Legal Department to create or update annual Bonus Plan documents 
  • Manage the preparation of the Compensation Committee materials

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation field, including executive compensation
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Microsoft skills include Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook 
  • Advanced spreadsheet and database capabilities required 
  • Degree in Human Resources or Finance
