Position Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the executives and ensure all needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a wide variety of administrative duties such as managing calendars, responding to emails, organizing travel, etc.
  • Point of contact for conflicting needs, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled proactively
  • Resolve scheduling issues
  • Serve as board secretary and take minutes of director and comittee meetings
  • Communicate on behalf of CEO and COO with their direct reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years in an administrative support role at an executive level
  • Banking experience, preferred
