Position Summary

This position is responsible for implementing and managing the organization's enterprise HRIS solution. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and budgeted implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Lead the HRIS project implementation and design of the HRIS project life cycle
  • Partner with leadership to ensure successful adoption of the new system
  • Act as the subject matter expert
  • Design and implement training programs related to all HR systems
  • Provide regular reportinng
  • Represent the HRIS team in both customer-facing and internal-facing matters
  • Identify potential issues and provide actionable remedy plans
  • Perform ongoing data analysis and system maintenance
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with SuccessFactors, specifically with implementations
  • Degree in relevant field
  • MBA, Masters in Human Resources or IT experience, preferrred
  • Experience with at least 2 director reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR technology systems
