Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the department in carrying out company and department functions, initiatives, and programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, administer pre-employment test, conduct verifications and background screenings
  • Answer calls and emails to provide HR support nationwide
  • Maintain employee handbook and procedures manuals
  • Enter data for performance reviews, disciplinary action, and department invoices
  • Maintain company organizational charts and employee directory

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HR experience with knowledge in HR compliance
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
