Position Summary

This position will provide professional level support within and in support of the HR function by assisting in a range of HR services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR staff to develop, plan, and implement HR initiatives
  • Act as a performance improvement driver and promote positive changes in people management
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment programs
  • Perform duties to attract, screen, and recruit new employees
  • Lead the coordination for all onboarding procedures
  • Investigate formal employee complaints
  • Support the development of HR policies and guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional HR experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, graduate degree preferred
  • HR Certification, preferred
