Human Resources Consultant

Position Summary

The Human Resources Consultant will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote HR practices to enhance employee-oriented and drive culture with an emphasis on quality, production, and goals
• Develop and implement HR policies around compliance, employee life cycle, and payroll
• Manage multiple projects with moving parts
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients' management team and employees
• On-site client visits required at times

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Certified HR professional preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR).
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Ability to work independently 

Employment Type: Remote – Moving to Hybrid in the Future

Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 (Based on Experience)
