Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide supporting relating to all functions of human resources. 

Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Perform duties related to processing payroll
  • Manage and update employee data in the company's HCM 
  • Recommend employee practices that foster positive employer-employee communications
  • Manage benefits, and welfare plans
  • Establish and promote positive employee culture
  • Administer performance reviews
  • Perform recruitment activities and processes
  • Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Local laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • 2+ years of human resources and/or payroll experience
  • Experience with Ultimate HCM software
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid Training/Development background, highly desired
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws
  • Payroll time and attendance skills a plus
