Temporary Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)

Willory, the nation’s only staffing and consulting firm solely focused on HR and payroll, has an immediate opportunity for a part-time Temporary Human Resources Coordinator.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support relating to all functions of human resources. Our ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing culture and will be approachable for everyone. This role will report to the organization's Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Perform duties related to processing payroll
  • Manage and update employee data in the company's HCM 
  • Recommend employee practices that foster positive employer-employee communications
  • Manage benefits
  • Manage tax spreadsheets
  • Establish and promote positive employee culture
  • Administer performance reviews
  • Perform recruitment activities and processes
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of human resources and/or payroll experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Experience with ADP software
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid Training/Development background, highly desired
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws
  • Payroll time and attendance skills a plus
