Position Summary

This position will support and assist with the day-to-day administration of all HR activities, including a focus on safety initiatives.


  • Support all recruiting initiatives
  • Develop training programs, act as a coach, and administer policies where appropriate
  • Develop and execute health and safety plans in accordance with workplace and legal guidelines
  • Function as the link between management and employees
  • Create and conduct active training programs
  • Assist as needed with investigation and reporting of workplace incidents and accidents
  • Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
  • Manage all training and development activities
  • Conduct compensations surveys
  • Perform audit and compliance reporting
  • Serve as a back-up for payroll administration


  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with Safety experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Relevant safety certifications or training specific to HSE and OSHA
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel
