Position Summary

This position will primarily be responsible for managing the selection process of potential talent and all facets of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR leadership to develop and deploy recruiting strategies
  • Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters, and other sources
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, and more
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Leverage online recruiting resources, social media outlets, and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit candidates
  • Remain current of trends and recruiting techniques
  • Collaborate with client groups to better understand department culture and needs
  • Review candidates to ensure skill and experience fit
  • Manage employee referral program
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and timely documentation on all recruiting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related industry
  • 8+ years of recruiting and staffing experience; 3+ years of managing talent acquisition
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems
