Position Summary

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for helping with all aspects of the payroll function with the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate processing and recording for over 600 employees
  • Collect data for processing, including new hires, terminations, changes, commission payments
  • Process garnishment orders
  • Responsible for compliance requirements (DOL, ACA, etc.)
  • Process off-cycle paychecks as necessary
  • Prepare payroll journal entries
  • Assist with year-end payroll reporting and W-2 preparation
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven and reliable experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous payroll processing experience with Paycor or UltiPro
  • PHR and/or CPP certification preferred
