Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to support and provide leadership for the corporate payroll function, including payroll processing and preparation. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership to payroll team for activities
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
  • Create quarterly and year-end reporting structures
  • Provide leadership and decision making support to team on payroll issues and resolutions
  • Participate in organization and strategy planning
  • Develop and deliver training for current and new employees
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
  • Coordinate delivery of payroll data for U.S. employees, both hourly and salary, to the outsource payroll provider
  • Serve as primary contact for internal departments for special/exception requests for payroll activities, determining best course of action
  • Work with finance and treasury department for general ledger accuracy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, with multi state payroll operations, supervisory experience, and demonstrated success with high volume
  • ADP tax reporting experience
  • CPP
  • Bahelors Degree in relevant field
