Position Summary
The Staffing Manager will source, screen and present qualified candidates for a variety of job levels within the HR and Payroll discipline. Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of talent to support the hiring needs of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains awareness in the company's organizational objectives and thoroughly understands and complies with the established recruitment process
• Works closely with the Director of Staffing to support recruiting strategies and job orders
• Source and screen relevant candidates for open job orders using applicant tracking system and other posting platforms, and tools using search methodology 
• Develop and maintain an active candidate by identifying new candidates, maintaining candidate records and leveraging professional network 
• Assists in the coordination and preparation of candidate interviews with Staffing Account Managers 
• Support client relations activities, as needed 
• Attend relevant networking events

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of candidate sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in an agency environment 
• Experience with Applicant Tracking (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred 
• Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience; Office 365 experience a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) 
• Human Resources, Recruiting or Payroll certification a plus (FPC, PHR/SHRM-CP, CIR or PRC) 
• Bachelor’s Degree in related industry (Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, etc.) preferred 

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles 
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines 
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to screening and recruitment 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative approach 
• Ability to plan, organize and execute projects towards completion 
• Highly productive, detail oriented  
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems – Bullhorn preferred 
• Proficient with Boolean search methods 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
