Responsibilities

  • Support Staffing and Consulting sales initiatives
  • Research and contact senior leadership level contacts at companies listed on Prospect list
  • Identify and build relationships with targeted prospects
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships for lead generation
  • Communicate and follow-up with leads and update weekly on sales team call
  • Coordinate and transition new business (orders/projects) to Client Relations/Consulting
  • Update ATS system and communicate with team on new job orders
  • Close proposals and overcome objections
  • Attend networking events
  • Build a strong association presence
  • Deliver consistent message and pitch

Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B sales experience with demonstrated results
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
