Position Summary

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee and assist with the day-to-day administration of all HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting and new hire process
  • Establish strong partnerships with partnerships with employees
  • Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
  • Administer and process time and attendance via ADP E-time system
  • Create and conduct active training programs
  • Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
  • Maintain HR database and personnel files
  • Oversee benefits administration and compensation 
  • Manage all training and development activities
  • Perform audit and compliance reporting
  • Assist with payroll administration

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, including recruiting, benefits, training, health/safety, affirmative action, employee relations, employment law compliance, and payroll
  • Previous role in a manufacturing environment with hands on safety experience, strongly preferred  
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Work Force Now
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferred
