Position Summary

The position will be responsible for providing leadership in executing best of class strategies and processes, measuring and driving continuous improvement, customer service, and compliance for payroll & accounts payable processing.


  • Assist in building new Shared Service team
  • Manage Invoicing and Payment program operations
  • Monitor and report on key functionalities of the department
  • Act as a liaison with with key business stakeholders and manage operational relationships
  • Analyze applicable data
  • Research and develop best practices in terms of operational polices
  • Manage ongoing strategy, evaluation, and relationships with vendors
  • Partner with business leaders
  • Ensure organizational compliance, accuracy of General Ledger, tax forms, and garnishments are appropriately handled


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience, with 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of AR, AP and payroll polices
  • Experience leading payroll for multi-state, multi-site and EIN company
