Position Summary

The Senior Human Resources Generalist/Manager will oversee and assist with the day-to-day administration of all HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting and new hire process
  • Establish strong partnerships with partnerships with employees
  • Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
  • Work with C-Suite and management across that nation via web meetings 
  • Create and conduct active training programs
  • Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
  • Maintain HR database and personnel files
  • Oversee benefits administration, compensation, and time & attendance
  • Manage all training and development activities
  • Perform audit and compliance reporting
  • Assist with payroll administration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience  
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, Ulti-Pro preferred 
  • Experience supporting C-Suite
  • Stellar communication (written and verbal)
  • Degree in relevant field, preferred
