Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

The primary objective of the role is to manage staffing objectives, including recruiting and evaluating candidates. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational recruiting efforts
• Thoroughly understand the organization, its departments, and subsequent needs
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Participate in all aspects of the recruiting cycle, from sourcing to new hire orientation
• Coordinate pre-employment testing and reference checks
• Post and maintain all job postings
• Coordinate and implement the employee referral program
• Knowledgeable of the company's organizational structure
• Create personnel requisitions for open positions
• Manage the HRIS recruiting module
• Serve as liaison with staffing services organizations

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience, with proven success in sourcing
• Experience in a healthcare setting and/or with high-volume third party recruiting
• Experience with ATS
• Degree in relevant field
• Demonstrated success in a manufacturing setting, preferred
• Experience using digital assets to recruit
