Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

The primary objective of the role is to manage staffing objectives, including recruiting and evaluating candidates. 

Responsibilities

• Support organizational recruiting efforts
• Thoroughly understand the organization, its departments, and subsequent needs
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Participate in all aspects of the recruiting cycle, from sourcing to new hire orientation
• Coordinate pre-employment testing and reference checks
• Post and maintain job postings
• Coordinate and implement the employee referral program
• Knowledgeable of the company’s organizational structure
• Create personnel requisitions for open positions
• Manage the HRIS recruiting module
• Serve as liaison with staffing services organizations

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with proven success in sourcing
• Experience with ATS
• Degree in relevant field
• Demonstrated success in a large organization with high volume recruiting
• Experience using digital assets to recruit
