Job Title: Temporary Human Resources Administrator

Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to work in partnership with payroll team and provide HR consulting to management. 

Responsibilities

  • Processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis 
  • Maintains compliance with state and federal wage laws.
  • Update and regulate records such as timekeeping, salary history, and payroll data
  • Be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in the HCM system
  • Manage and coordinate full-cycle recruiting
  • Collect and analyze data for a variety of projects
  • Administer benefits programs
  • Promotes employee relations
  • Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, with experience handling payroll 
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Experience with ADP, preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
