Position Summary The primary objective of this role is to assist with all duties associated with the human resources responsibilities. This role reports to the HR manager.
Responsibilities
Collect data for processing, including new hires, terminations, changes, commission payments
Manage various components of recruiting
Prepare payroll journal entries
Assist with year-end human resources metrics
Assist with audits as necessary
Provide additional support as needed
Qualifications
1+ year of relevant HR generalist experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Relevant degree preferred
Ability to learn quickly
Knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance issues
