Position Summary

The Temporary Human Resources Coordinator will provide supporting relating to all functions of human resources. 

Responsibilities

  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Recommend employee practices that foster positive employer-employee communications
  • Establish and promote positive employee culture
  • Administer performance reviews
  • Assists in conducting wage surveys
  • Assembles company newsletter, edit, and distribute
  • Perform recruitment activities and processes
  • Perform duties reated to processing payroll
  • Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Local laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • 1-2 years of human resources experience
  • Solid training/development background, highly desired
