Position Summary

The Temporary Human Resources Generalist will support and assist with the day-to-day administration of all HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting and new hire process
  • Hold meetings with various departments to refine job descriptions
  • Establish strong partnerships with partnerships with employees, resolve any issues or conflicts 
  • Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
  • Create and conduct active training programs
  • Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
  • Maintain HR database and personnel files
  • Manage all training and development activities
  • Work closely with CHRO and HR Administrator 
  • Perform audit and compliance reporting
  • Work closely with/serve as a back-up for HRIS/payroll administration

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Degree in relevant field, preferred
  • Experience writing job descriptions
