Position Summary

The Temporary Payroll Administrator is responsible for helping with all aspects of the payroll function with the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Process complex payroll in a high volume multi-state organization
  • Perform auditing
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll transactions. Reviews that time, earnings, benefits, garnishments, and other items are reported properly
  • Respond to inquires from employees
  • Support business initiatives 
  • Comply to legal and ethical standards 

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of payroll experience within a multi-state organization
  • Experience with computers, including Excel and other Microsoft Software
  • Experience with outsourced payroll system (ADP, Paychex, Paycor)
