Position Summary

The Temporary Payroll Administrator is responsible for helping with all aspects of the payroll function with the organization such as payroll processing, administration of the HRIS system, and more. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate processing and recording of biweekly payrolls
  • Collect data for processing, including new hires, terminations, changes, commission payments
  • Process garnishment orders
  • Process off-cycle paychecks as necessary
  • Time & attendance through Ulti-Pro system
  • Administration of payroll in 11+ states across the country
  • Assist with year-end paryoll reporting and W-2 preparation
  • Assist with audits as necessary
  • Provide additional support as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven and reliable payroll experience
  • Knowledge of tax and compliance issues
  • Previous success with multi-state payroll 
  • Experience working independently
  • HCM experience, Ulti-Pro preferred 
  • Degree in relevant field 
  • CPP preferred, involved in APA
