Temporary Payroll Administrator

Willory, the nation’s only staffing and consulting firm solely focused on HR and payroll, has an immediate opportunity for Temporary Payroll Administrator.

 

Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to be responsible for performing all duties associated with payroll administration as well as and other duties as requested. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in payroll administration and with ADP WorkForceNow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate processing and recording of biweekly payrolls (high volume)
  • Collect data for processing, including new hires, terminations, changes, commission payments
  • Responsible for payroll accounting and payroll tax reports 
  • Process garnishment orders
  • Process off-cycle paychecks as necessary
  • Prepare payroll journal entries
  • Assist with year-end paryoll reporting and W-2 preparation
  • Assist with audits as necessary
  • Provide additional support as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of reliable payroll experience 
  • Relevant degree and CPP preferred 
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance issues
  • Experience working independently
