Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to provide payroll processing for a multi-state and international employer and handles relevant reports during financial close.

Responsibilities

  • Interprets and maintains payroll polices and procedures
  • Check and audit timekeeping records for compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Compile payroll data such as hours worked, incentive/commission payments, and others
  • Resolve discrepancies with payroll and/or benefit information
  • Ensure database reflect accurate information
  • Record data changes and updates
  • Provide customer service to employees
  • Assist in month-end close activities
  • Assist auditors

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Degree in relevant field, preferred
