Holly serves as Project Manager for Willory’s Employee Life Cycle practice, a position she has held since 2015. She manages a variety of HR-related projects and programs serving a client base that represents a wide range of industries including, technology, manufacturing, services, medical device, higher education, and non-profit organizations.
Holly is a seasoned human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management, business partnering, training and development, and recruitment. She has worked in a diverse range of in industries includes manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, retail, and automation environments.
Holly’s primary expertise is in creation, design, review and development of HR processes, procedures, programs, and training and development. Her consulting assignments have included addressing HR compliance, HR audits, handbook development, job analysis, onboarding programs and has also served small businesses providing general HR support.
Holly earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Organizational Management from Lake Erie College and has an Associate’s degree from Ashland College.
She obtained her HRCI certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute – HRCI® in 2003 and her SHRM Sr. Certified Professional designation in 2015.
Holly has held many volunteer positions with Cleveland SHRM including past chair of the Northern Ohio Human Resources Conference (NOHRC). Presently she serves on the Cleveland SHRM Learning and Development Committee.
Holly resides in Sagamore Hills with her husband, John, and their dog, Kelsey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, hiking, boating and enjoys traveling to the Caribbean. She also volunteers her time to Urban Vision Ministries and Cleveland Foodbank.
