Client Relations Manager

Philip Major joined Willory in 2018 as a Client Relations Manager covering both the staffing and consultative service offerings. On the staffing side, he works with clients to fill direct and temporary HR and payroll hiring needs and on the consulting side, he helps clients understand new and innovative ways to transform their existing employee life cycle and connects clients with trending technologies to positively impact their organization.

With both a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree from Hiram College, Philip has used his liberal arts education to find ways to constantly utilize interdisciplinary approaches to impact positive changes in relationships. Effective communication and education applies in all industries and cultures and Philip has found this to be true through his career from working in the non-profit sector in Rome, Italy, to being stateside within higher education and executive search firms.

Throughout Philip’s working positions, he has found time to stay involved in soccer through coaching and playing. He also volunteers his time to serve at his local church in Downtown Cleveland. Philip enjoys global excursions with his wife, Ashley, but when home in Cleveland you will find them trying new things in the city like restaurants, bike paths and dog parks for their adopted dogs from the streets of India—Indy, May, and Monte.
