For temporary roles, the selected candidate is an employee of Willory, and we are responsible for standard new hire paperwork and payroll. Sometimes, a temporary employee is for a set amount of time. Other times, there is no defined end date. Often, if a temporary employee meets the organization’s needs, there’s the opportunity to hire them directly. Some of our most popular temporary roles include payroll specialists, compensation managers, and payroll tax analysts.
A fractional employee typically splits their time amongst multiple employers, allowing the company to have expertise without hiring the employee full-time.
In this type of staff augmentation, the fractional employee will work a set amount of hours on predetermined days/times. Our most popular fractional roles are HR directors, HRIS specialists, and payroll managers.
