For every placement or project kick-off, Willory donates $200 to Y.O.U. Additionally, our team is excited to help with volunteer opportunities such as resume writing, mock interviews, and paycheck education.

Not only are they Willory’s selected partner in our Empower People initiative, but they’re a truly amazing organization. Y.O.U. is a nonprofit workforce development organization based in Cleveland, Ohio that serves teens and young adults ages 14-24 living in economically distressed areas in Northeast Ohio. Y.O.U.’s mission is “to prepare teens and young adults to become economically self-sufficient contributors to building Northeast Ohio’s educated, skilled and inclusive workforce.”
