About Jason

Jason Lawson is the CHRO for Dycom Industries, a telecommunications subcontractor based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He is also serving this year as the Chair for the Ohio State HR Conference who's theme, this year, is We Are Family. Jason has worked in the HR profession for nearly 30 years in a variety of roles and also serves as the HR Committee Chair on the Board of National Church Residences. He and his lovely wife Aby have 4 great adult children and live in Dublin, OH.
