Rachelle Hilaire is a well-versed Senior Human Resources professional with 16 plus years of experience in most areas of Human Resources (Employee and Labor Relations, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Workplace Safety, and more.) In her past roles, Rachelle has demonstrated an ability to be successful in Human Resources opportunities and help build organizations to be successful in the retail, entertainment sectors, hospitality, and now in manufacturing. She is a passionate Penn State University Alumni with a master’s in human resources. She is also a foodie, loves adrenaline activities, spending time with her family, and having fun raising her 3-year daughter and 9-year bonus daughter with her fiancé.
