About Christie
Christie is an energetic, passionate HR leader with 15+ years of hands-on practitioner experience. She is dedicated to making the employment experience the best it can be for all people. She has worked with small businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, non-profit, healthcare, and hospitality. In addition, she works to advance the HR profession. She started a blog, ‘Living in the Gray’ in 2019 and serves as a mentor to students pursuing HR-related degrees. Christie also speaks at various HR conferences around the country and feels it is important to pay it forward and assist the next generation of HR professionals.
