Kristen has over twenty years of Human Resources experience in retail, service, and manufacturing industries. Her primary role has always been in a generalist capacity where she was responsible for all Human Resources functions including benefits, compensation, performance management, wellness, associate training, associate relations, talent recruitment, safety, Worker’s Compensation, compliance, and payroll. Kristen’s focus has been committed to enhancing employment practices and working with management/ownership to make their place of business an “Employer of Choice”. Professional Development Kristen earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University. She has earned the Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management.
