About Heather
Heather is a transformational leader with a passion to impart knowledge, grow relationships and release potential in people. She has spent nearly 30 years working in healthcare and human resources serving in several industries and diverse roles, including Aerospace Medicine Technician, Health Center Administrator, Public Health Technician, HR Generalist/Business Partner, Master Instructor and most recently the Chief of Human Resources for a national non-profit. She holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University and is a wife, mother of two adults, US Air Force veteran, triathlete and aspiring farmer.
