About Erin
Erin Demos is the VP of People@RATIONAL for RATIONAL North America. She has direct responsibility for HR functions for RATIONAL USA, with oversight of HR topics in RATIONAL Canada and RATIONAL Mexico. Erin is thrilled to be working at a company full of passionate, customer-focused individuals. She is a 20-year veteran of human resources functions and responsibilities at mid-sized companies, working her way up from receptionist into her current role. Erin’s HR passions are training, onboarding, and ensuring each employee understands their connection and value to the organization. She has her B.A. in International Relations from Centre College, and in 2020 completed her SHRM-SCP certification, which was not only a personal validation of her years of experience, but also a reminder about the challenges of adult education!
