Hi! My name is Maggie Cook, and I am a junior at Kent State University studying Human Resource Management with a minor in Africana Studies. Currently, I am conducting undergraduate research on the underrepresentation of women in high-tech companies. My research examines new strategies for sustainability and retention as well as promoting a better quality of work life for women. In addition, I'm VP of DEI for Pi Sigma Epsilon and the president of the Kent State SHRM Chapter. As a young professional, my objective is to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
