Caytie Matti is the Director of Human Resources and Talent Success at Buckingham Doolittle and Burroughs, a northeast Ohio law firm where she has worked for nearly five years. Caytie has worked in manufacturing and professional services in HR for the last 21 years. She earned her Masters in Labor Relations and Human Resources at Cleveland State and she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology with minors in Business and Spanish at John Carroll University.
