DOES IT FEEL LIKE IT HAS BEEN 8 YEARS SINCE WILLORY HAS STARTED? HAS THE TIME WENT BY FAST OR SLOW?
Not all. It has went by super-fast. With the family responsibilities of raising two small children and growing and managing an upstart business, the last eight years has flown by.
HOW HAS BUSINESS CHANGED IN THE MARKET SINCE YOU FOUNDED THE FIRM IN 2010?
The job market has done a 180 from an employer market with higher unemployment and the pick of the litter with candidates to record unemployment and more jobs available than candidates.
