How did you find Willory?
I found out about Willory when Jamie reached out to me via LinkedIn to share that there was an open accounting position at Willory. I applied, and from there, everything fell into place.
In your opinion, what SEPARATES Willory from other recruiting/consulting firms?
The quality, dedication, and collaboration of our staff sets Willory apart from other recruiting/consulting firms.
What have been some of your favorite takeaways/strongest developments from working at Willory?
As Willory expands both geographically and in scope, I have really enjoyed working to enhance our financial reporting capabilities to provide information that helps drive decision making.
Looking Back At Your Academic CAreer, What Did You Learn That Impacted You The Most?
The most impactful realization I had while in school was that it’s valuable to be exposed to topics that are outside of your academic area of study. Not only does having an expansive education open your mind and enrich your personal life, but it also allows you to make meaningful associations and connections between your academic area of study and the wider world.
How Has Willory Helped You In Your Career Development?

How is your work life balance? What do you spend most of your time doing outside of working at Willory?
I appreciate what a great work-life balance I have at Willory! When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, being outside, and spending time with my family.
