Willory Expands Leadership Team and Restructures Staffing and Consulting Departments

Effective on November 30, 2020, Lisa (Dean) Mamula has been promoted to the newly created role of Director of Staffing and Christine Peters begins assuming the responsibilities as Willory’s Director of Consulting. These simultaneous changes align with Willory’s internal restructuring to better serve our client and community needs. Willory remains committed to providing the highest-quality search, staff augmentation, and consulting (HR, payroll, and HR technology) services to our clients and candidates across the nation.

Lisa (Dean) Mamula joined Willory in 2013 as part of the acquisition of The Human Resources Department (THRD). Lisa has spent the last seven years growing Willory’s staffing presence in Ohio, managing our clients’ needs, and educating our community on the complete suite of Willory’s staffing and consulting services. Willory’s President John Bernatovicz shared that “Lisa was the #1 asset that we were fortunate to acquire when we purchased her previous firm, THRD. She has been and continues to be a steady and reliable professional that I rely on for counsel and insight. After a thorough examination of Willory’s processes, we determined that a merger of Willory’s staffing and client relations departments into a single staffing department would create improved functionality to better serve our clients. In this newly developed director role, Lisa will oversee the HR and payroll staffing needs of our clients and candidates while acting as a member of our leadership team. Willory’s leadership team selected Lisa for this role based upon her dedication to doing what’s right for clients, deep relationships with the community, and her commitment to staffing best practices. Christine Peters is an award-winning HR professional who has spent the last six years with Willory expanding our HR technology consulting practices, managing our internal HR operations, and working on Willory’s overall business strategy. Christine has assumed the role as Willory’s Director of Consulting in addition to her role as Willory’s Director of People Operations. With a passion for all areas of human resources and a knack for HR technology, Christine is the ideal candidate to take on this role.

Over the next several months, she will take a more strategic part in our consulting practice while transitioning other responsibilities to Willory’s team of experts. Once the transition is complete, Christine’s dedicated client work will focus on vendor selections where she’s passionate about understanding client needs and aligning them with the best technology for them. In conjunction with our other changes, Willory’s financial leader, Controller Katherine Edgar, will no longer report into People Operations but directly to Willory’s President and Founder John Bernatovicz. Katherine has also assumed the responsibilities as Willory’s integrator, a role dedicated to ensuring timely project management and on-time delivery for internal projects.
