I bet that all the organizations at Wednesday night’s NorthCoast 99 would agree their people are the most significant asset of their company. We certainly think this way.
From the inception of Willory, one of the main goals of the firm is to provide excellent employee culture. I was curious about if the first employee and our most recent hire would have a different perspective on what the win means.
It means a great deal to our leadership team to be once-again named to the NorthCoast 99, a list for top companies in Northeast Ohio.
When I interviewed with Willory five years ago, I was looking for an organization that many thought didn’t exist. I dreamt of somewhere that felt more like a family than people who tolerate one another for the sake of getting the job done.
Securing a spot on the NorthCoast 99 means a lot to me because it acknowledges the passion and dedication of the Willory team in attracting and retaining top talent.
